Refund Policy

At Deinsvibin’, all products sold through our website are digital products. Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
01 — No Refunds
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once a purchase has been completed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that: You are purchasing a digital product. No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise. Access to the product may be provided immediately after payment. Once access has been provided, the purchase cannot be returned. You agree that the sale is final and non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
02 — Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds if you: Change your mind after purchasing. Decide you no longer want the product. Purchase the product by mistake. Do not use or download the product. Do not like the content or format after purchasing. Expected something that was not included in the product description. It is your responsibility to review the product information before purchasing.
03 — Technical Issues
If you successfully complete a purchase but experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your product, contact us at deinsvibin@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement download link or restoring access where appropriate. A technical issue with delivery does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund if we are able to provide access to the purchased product.
04 — Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us at deinsvibin@gmail.com with your order information. We will review the transaction and, where a genuine duplicate charge is confirmed, take appropriate action.
05 — Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made using your payment method without your authorization, contact your payment provider immediately and notify us at deinsvibin@gmail.com. We may request information necessary to investigate the transaction.
06 — Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived. If applicable law requires us to provide a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy in a particular situation, we will comply with those requirements.
07 — Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate payment or access issues. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using available transaction, delivery, and access records.
